I Want Sex: A Book of Songs and Poems on Sexual Freedom, Authenticity, and Intimacy, in a World Enslaved by Pornography

$9.99

I WANT SEX: A Book of Songs and Poems on Sexual Freedom, Authenticity, and Intimacy, in a World Enslaved by Pornography is a deeply personal exploration of how our ideas about sex may not be about sex at all, but rather, about domination and control – ironically, undermining or entirely destroying our sexuality in the process. What inner work and transformation do we and our partners need to do, so as to have sex that is awake and alive, embodied and empowered, consensual and connected? This collection of poems and songs were written by musician and poet Loolwa Khazzoom, over a period of four years. Creation of the book was inspired by musician Billie Eilish’s courageous whistle-blowing on the destructive impact of pornography, in mid-December 2021.
